As we continue to experience issues, we have scheduled a migration to completely new hardware. Service will be unavailable during the migration process and during any intermittent outages in the meantime.
This incident has been resolved.
We are now intentionally bringing WEB-NA3 offline in order to replace what we suspect to be faulty components. This means replacing additional parts of the server, which we expect to take 15-20 minutes. We are hopeful these repairs will finally identify and replace the faulty components. Due to the nature of how the server is failing, it has been hard to identify the exact component that is causing these freezes.
