Issue

Whenever you access DirectAdmin, you get an error message like the one pictured below or a "Request Timed Out" error.

Solution

Your IP address has been automatically blocked. Please open a ticket with your IP address so we can remove the block. This block is usually automatically applied due to failed login attempts, suspicious requests, etc. To obtain your IP address, visit a site like IPChicken.

Resellers can request access to the ConfigServer Firewall plugin to remove most blocks, however, sometimes it may still be necessary to open a ticket.
